COVID-19 Vaccine Policy

In this pandemic, our first priority is the safety and well-being of those we work with and serve, including our client-artists, employees, interns, students, volunteers, partners, and the larger community. For that purpose, we have proactively instituted enhanced cleaning protocols in our offices and Studio spaces, adopted social distancing, regular health screenings, mask wearing and have enacted an Employee COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate to slow the spread of the virus.

While maintaining our focus on keeping everyone safe, we are continuing to offer in-person art therapy programs and at the current time are offering virtual art therapy programs for those who choose not to or are unable to attend in-person. Though we are doing our best to protect everyone from exposure to the COVID-19 virus, we cannot guarantee it. We ask everyone to weigh the risks of exposure when visiting the Studio and act accordingly. Currently we are not asking for the vaccination status of client-artists. We ask anyone with COVID-19 like symptoms to stay home and will only be permitted to return once proof is provided of a negative test result, regardless of vaccination status. We ask anyone receiving a positive COVID-19 test to quarantine as advised by the CDC and inform us immediately so we can work with the Ohio Health Department in their efforts to contact trace individuals at the Studio who may have been exposed.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance as we continue to look out for one another and hopefully #stopthespread.
