Dr. George Streeter Art Collection

Art Therapy Studio is proud to serve as the steward of the Dr. George Streeter Art Collection, a significant collection reflecting the history of our organization and the pioneering work of Dr. George Streeter, co-founder of Art Therapy Studio and an early advocate for the therapeutic use of art.

To ensure the long-term preservation of the collection, the artwork is professionally housed and cared for by WOOD-LEE International Art Handler in a secure, climate-controlled fine art storage facility.

The collection is available for exhibition loans, educational purposes, and research by appointment. Individuals or organizations interested in learning more about the collection or inquiring about borrowing artwork for exhibition are encouraged to contact Development Specialist Jennifer Souers Chevraux.

Researchers interested in exploring Art Therapy Studio’s historical archives will find them housed at the Dittrick Medical History Center & Museum, where they are available for research and scholarly use.
